Arthur Nery releases sophomore album, to stage concert at the Big Dome

<p>Singer-songwriter Arthur Nery released his sophomore album titled <em>II: The Second </em>on September 28.</p><p>The record contains ten tracks including &quot;Na Naman,&quot; &quot;I Gotchu, &quot;Di Nakakasawa (feat. Kiyo),&quot; &quot;Lullaby (feat. Jolianne), &quot;Get Going (feat. Tapos don na po nagsimula &#x27;yung journey ko tas nag-release po ako ng album tapos ngayon nandito po ako.&quot;</p><p>Arthur recognized the role of social media in making his music reach diverse and massive audiences.</p><p>&quot;Malaking tulong &#x27;yung social media platforms, mga Facebook, Twitter, TikTok – kasi doon po halos lahat ng mga tao ngayon, especially noong pandemic &#x27;di ba? Nag-quarantine, walang tao, so, the only way for us to communicate is through online. When asked if these tracks are based on his real-life experiences, he replied: &quot;Hindi naman po based on experience lahat. Naniniwala lang po ako na crying is one of the realest emotion para sa akin. &#x27;Yung pag iyak po yung isa sa pinaka totoong emosyon,&quot; he highlighted.</p><p>&quot;So, doon po ako nag le-lean towards sad songs para &#x27;yung mga tao na nalulungkot din ay makaka-relate sila, mafi-feel nila na hindi sila nag-iisa. It&#x27;s more of like comfort lang, giving comfort,&quot; he remarked.</p>
