<p>Maymay Entrata opened up about her journey from being an actress to being a performer.</p><p>In an interview with TFC&#x27;s show <em>BRGY</em>, Maymay candidly shared that she had apprehensions at the start of her transition to becoming a performer but later discovered that music is something she is truly passionate about.</p><p>&quot;My journey has been exciting and at the same time nakakakaba lalo na po &#x27;yung pinakauna, hindi ko po kasi alam kung ano &#x27;yung gusto ko, ano &#x27;yung field na kung saan ay magiging masaya akong gawin,&quot; she confessed.</p><p>&quot;Pero okay lang pala &#x27;yun as long as you keep trying and learning different fields like acting, singing, dancing. Because of acting I [am] able to connect with my emotions dun sa music. Ngayon bumalik po ako sa music, bumalik ulit ako magsulat.”</p><p>The Kapamilya star shared that she composed a track for her upcoming album. &quot;Very happy po ako talaga kasi isang kanta dun sa upcoming album ko po ay kinimpose ko po, so sobrang excited ako and sobrang happy ako at mas nai-enjoy ko ulit na magsulat ng mga kanta,&quot; she stated.</p>
