Luis will be running alongside his mother, Vilma Santos-Recto and his half-brother, Ryan Recto, who are vying for the Governor and Batangas 6th district representative, respectively.

“This wasn’t part of our plan but God had other plans for us. Isa ka sa pinaka-masipag, maalaga at mapagbigay na tao na kilala ko. Kahit noon pa man, palagi mong iniisip kapakanan ng ibang tao. Mahilig kang tumulong at makinig sa iba kahit pa walang kapalit na ano pa man, hindi mo gusto na binabanggit yung pangalan mo o pinapaalam pa sa taong tinutulungan mo,” she shared.
