<p>Dua Lipa staged the Philippine leg of her <em>Radical Optimism</em> tour at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan on Wednesday, November 13.</p><p>&quot;They told me tonight was gonna be loud. You&#x27;re the loudest crowd we had so far!&quot; Dua told thousands of Filipino fans at her concert organized by Live Nation Philippines. </p><p>The singer expressed her elation to be back in the country, six years since her last show here.</p><p>&quot;I&#x27;m very excited to be here tonight. It&#x27;s been a very long time since the last time I&#x27;ve performed here in Manila.
