Pop superstar Ariana Grande announced that her collaboration with the Songbird Supreme Mariah Carey for a remix of her single "Yes, And?" will be released on Friday, February 16.

The singer made the announcement in an Instagram post.

“I cannot believe the words I am typing ... 'Yes, And?' Remix feat the one and only, queen of my heart and lifelong inspiration @mariahcarey is out this Friday !!!!!!!!!!!” Ariana said before adding bubble, heart, and butterfly emojis.

“There truly are no words that suffice. thank you from the bottom of my heart for this dream come true and for sprinkling your brilliance and magic on my little song (Mariah Carey),” she continued.

“it means more to me than I could ever possibly articulate and I cannot wait for everyone to hear this ! I love you eternally !!!!!!! 𖦹 ☼ ⋆｡˚⋆ฺ,” the "Thank You, Next" singer remarked.

Along with the post was a photo of the two singers together.

Mariah then replied, “Darling angel, I am so effing excited to be joining you on the 'yes, and?' Remix!!”

She added, “This is such a magical moment!! Love you ❤️ MC.”

Mariah also reposted it on her stories along with the countdown and pre-sale link for the track.

Ariana’s "Yes, And?" is one of the tracks included in her upcoming album Eternal Sunshine that she will be releasing on March 8.

In 2020, Mariah and Ariana previously had a collaboration on the former's 2010 song "Oh Santa '' with American singer and actress Jennifer Hudson for Mariah Carey's Magical Christmas Special.

People couldn't help but express excitement over the pop icons’ upcoming collaboration in the comment section.

“This is so iconic!!! Two of my faves together 😭🫶🏾,” British fashion designer and illustrator Hayden Williams commented.

“i’m suffocating where am i supposed to go after this who will i become idk nobody knows,” a fan also wrote.

Meanwhile, Ariana also posted the first teaser for her upcoming film Wicked with actress Cynthia Erivo earlier this week.

The singer and actress plays the blonde witch Glinda, while Cynthia takes the role of the green-skinned witch Elphaba. The two meet as students at Shiz University in the fantastical Land of Oz and start a journey where they find love and friendship.

Directed by Jon M. Chu of Crazy Rich Asians, other cast members include Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slayer, Marissa Bode and Jeff Goldblum.

Wicked’s first chapter is set to be released in cinemas on November 27 this year.
