“Nakakatakot before. It feels relieving. At least ngayon nakakahinga na ako. It was quite tough, it was really rough. Now I just feel that there is more love around,” she shared.

She added that James has been helpful all throughout and has been her source of strength during the first few months of their relationship.

“Ang galing niya mag support. I don’t think I’d be able to get through all of these if not for him, the support, security that he’s able to give. Not everyone knows but he’s very, very wise. The words that he gives to me are fulfilling. You feel secure, you feel safe,” she added.

With James's support, Issa has learned to not pay any attention to the bashers anymore. She claimed that she is in control of what she sees on social media and wouldn’t spend any energy on negativity.
