<p>Issa Pressman revealed on her Instagram account that she has been battling with depression for about a year already. Tonight, was a new found form of therapy,” she wrote.</p><p>During the start of her battle with depression, the celebrity influencer revealed she had no energy to do the things she once loved and enjoyed. </p><p>“Last year, I couldn’t dance or sing. I had no energy, no confidence, no self belief for reasons and traumas I have yet to share, when I am ready,” she admitted.</p><p>She didn’t disclose any details in her post but she added that she will be revealing them when she is ready. </p><p>“What matters now is that my energy is recharged and inspired, my confidence is coming back and I’m believing again that the world is full of love,” she added.</p><p>Issa could be seen gracefully dancing in her room in the Instagram Reel she posted. Do things that make you feel YOU again. If you improve your relationship with yourself, you improve your relationship with the world,” she shared.</p><p>Friends and fans of Issa showered her with support in the comment section. Some netizens appplauded her for opening her healing journey to the public.</p><p>“Love this and I love you,” Iza Calzado wrote.</p><p>“I’m proud of you. Time to fall in love with creating again. I can’t wait to see the Issa we all know come back alive,” a friend added.</p><p>Issa made rounds on social media the past few years after getting together with singer-actor James Reid.</p>
