<p>Kapamilya actress Iza Calzado shared that she’s back to working out in a gym a little over a year since she last did so. I am powerful!’</u></strong></a></div><p>“First time back at the gym in a little over a year! Kakaiba talaga when you work out outside of your home in a proper gym lalo na sa Awaken. Sobrang na miss ko talaga,” she wrote.</p><p>Iza worked out extra hard with different exercise drills given by coach and gym owner, Culver Padilla. In the Instagram Reel, Deia could be seen lifting light weights to the surprise of the actress.</p><p>“What makes this so special is I now have a new workout buddy. Working out with Deia is one of the things I am looking forward to when she grows up. She’s definitely a strong girl,” she added.</p><p>Meanwhile, Iza expressed her gratitude towards the staff and members of the gym for taking care of not only her but her daughter as well. Maybe we should put up a proper one na,” she quipped. </p><p>Meanwhile, fans and friends of the actress shared how nice it is to see the different mother-daughter bonding of the two. </p><p>“Waaah super cute ni Deia,” celebrity Angel Guardian wrote.</p><p>“Ka-cute naman ni Deia!!! I ❤️ her smile, just like her mommy’s,” a fan added.</p><p>Deia is Iza’s first child who was born in January 2023. Since her birth, she has posted several tips on her Instagram for first time mothers as well.</p>
