<p style="margin:0cm">Yasmien Kurdi recently took to Instagram to share her journey of welcoming her second child into the world. On Monday, April 29, Yasmien opened up about her birthing experience, revealing that she underwent a Cesarean section procedure on April 28 to deliver her and her husband Rey Soldevilla’s newest bundle of joy.</p><div style="margin:0cm"> </div><p style="margin:0cm">In her Instagram post, Yasmien expressed her initial desire for a natural delivery but ultimately opted for a Cesarean birth due to various high-risk factors. Despite her hopes for a vaginal birth after Cesarean (VBAC), medical tests revealed that her scar from her first birth 11 years ago was still thin.</p><div style="margin:0cm"> </div><p style="margin:0cm">Yasmien explained, “After a series of tests, we found out that my Cesarean scar was still thin, not a good indication. We opted for Cesarean section the day I labored. We also found out during the procedure that the baby had a cord coil. It actually was a good call that we opted for Cesarean section because if we tried VBAC, we would have ended up doing Cesarean section still.”</p><div style="margin:0cm"> </div><p style="margin:0cm">She also emphasized the significance of the Cesarean birthing, sharing, “A Cesarean (C-Section) is a life-saving procedure for women like me...
