SB19’s Stell launches solo career with debut song ‘Room’

<p>OPM singer and SB19 member Stell just released his debut single, Room, earlier this week on all music streaming platforms available. The song was released through Warner Music Philippines–– the official music label of the SB19 member for his solo activities.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2024/6/10/sb19-members-release-statement-after-fans-feud-1344"><strong>READ: SB19 members release statement after fans’ feud<br/></strong></a></div><p>The hit song of the solo artist was written by his fellow SB199 member, Pablo, who Stell expressed his gratitude during the showcase of Room held last June 14 at Teatrino Promenade in San Juan City.</p><p>“It was fully Pablo na nag sulat ng lyrics. Tinanong lang ako ni Pablo kung ano yung gusto kong message sa song. Room is all about confidence–– hindi lang ako yung gusto ko makafeel nun. Gusto ko pati yung mga taong makakarinig ng music, ma-feel nila na they are empowered,” he shared.</p><p>Apart from Pablo, other SB19 members voiced their support as revealed by Stell. The song’s music video––which has already amassed more than 250 thousand views on YouTube as of writing–– was directed by their youngest member, Justin.</p><p>Stell then revealed in the same event that he will continue with his journey as a solo artist as he is set to drop an EP this coming August while holding several local tours as well. Despite the busy schedule with the OPM group, the singer is confident that he can manage both at the same time.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2024/5/20/sb19-to-release-a-documentary-about-their-pagtatag-world-tour-in-august-103"><strong>READ: SB19 to release a documentary about their ‘Pagtatag!’ World Tour in August<br/></strong></a></div><p>“Nasabihan na rin po ako na pwede na siyang iannounce today. Sa August, I will be releasing my first EP and in August din po mag stastart yung mga local tours,” he revealed.</p><p>The 29-year-old singer added that he is personally open to going on tours abroad as a solo artist if given the chance.  </p><p>“Why not? Syempre hindi naman po tayo kailangan mag close ng doors so kahit anong opportunity po pumasok, tatanggapin po natin ng buong-buo,” he shared.</p><p>Apart from his showcase, Stell is set to promote his song on several GMA shows and he will be opening the show for veteran singer David Foster for his David Foster and Friends Asia Tour 2024 in Araneta Coliseum this June 18.</p>
