<p>Ina Raymundo shared why she chose to settle down with a non-showbiz partner.</p><p>&quot;Kasi &#x27;pag non-showbiz mayroon kayong ibang pag-uusapan hindi lang about taping, about shooting, anong gagamitin mong skincare. Gusto ko talaga may kausap ako na nakaka-stimulate... I&#x27;ve always [been] attracted to smart men,&quot; she said in an interview with Karen Davila.</p><p>She added that she&#x27;s also the jealous type so she could not handle seeing her partner being paired with another person in a project. &quot;Selosa ako, hindi ko kaya na &#x27;yung jowa ko may kahalikan sa screen.&quot;</p><p>Ina first met her husband Brian Poturnak when she was 24 years old.</p><div><iframe width="1280" height="720" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/0lOkUniXpi0" title="INA RAYMUNDO: “Sinusumpa Ko! With him kasi when I met him hindi ko in-expect na magiging boyfriend ko siya, what more maging asawa.&quot;</p><p>Ina relayed that they started as friends and they became phone pals for a year. I am not planning anything, you know me I am so laidback. I realized na there are times na nasa taas ka and mas may times na nasa baba ka so tanggap ko &#x27;yun sa buhay ko,&quot; she remarked.</p><p>In a recent interview with <em>Cosmopolitan Philippines</em>, the actress remarked that she is thankful that she got the opportunity to return to acting in her 40s. Because I feel that I have worked harder this time than before, na parang pinagdaanan ko uli &#x27;yung pagiging from the bottom,” she said in the magazine interview.</p><p>Ina said that she is looking forward to doing more acting projects in the future.</p><p>&quot;I want the producers to know that I am more committed to work. I hope that they will invest in a middle-ager. I know [a] love team is their favorite thing and I&#x27;m happy for those love teams because they really work hard. But I think you should also invest in middle-aged actors. Make a movie for us to showcase our experience and talent,&quot; she stated.</p>
