The nation's girl group BINI performed "Cherry On Top" at this year's KCON in Los Angeles, California on July 27 (US time).

"We are BINI from the Philippines... We hope you guys can support our music by checking out our latest single 'Cherry On Top' on all digital streaming platforms," BINI said at the event following their performance as per fan video posted on social media platform X.

"We are actually an 8-member girl group but one of our members, our leader Jhoanna, is not here with us. She's still in the Philippines but we miss her so much. Jhoanna, We miss you!" 😢

"Thank you so much KCON LA for inviting us it's truly an honor to be here in front of everyone," the nation’s girl group added.

BINI was part of the special lineup for the M Countdown Pre-show at the music festival. For the "M Countdown" main show, K-Pop artists ENHYPEN, ME:I, NMIXX, TWS,  g.o.d, and Jo Yuri were set to perform.

Only seven members of BINI were able to perform at the annual K-Pop concert as member Jhoanna had "unanticipated health issues."

"Rest assured that she is being monitored closely and recovering well," Star Magic said in a statement prior to KCON.

"Let's keep supporting the other members and join us in this celebration of culture, music, and excellent performances," the statement added.

In a previous interview with ABS-CBN News, BINI expressed their excitement to be part of KCON.

"Sobrang exciting because we're going to be performing on a stage where a lot of K-Pop groups will also be performing," BINI Mikha said.

She added: "Siguro iyon 'yung first feeling namin na international na talaga 'yung pag-market [sa amin]."

"Cherry On Top" is the latest single of the nation's girl group. The track achieved massive feat on various digital platforms when it was released. 

"Cherry On Top" gained 3 million views in less than 24 hours on YouTube.

"Hindi po namin in-expect kasi dati 'yung 100K [views] hirap na hirap na po kaming i-achieve' yun. Ngayon wala pang 24 hours, 3 million [YouTube] views na," BINI Stacey previously stated.

"Cherry On Top" also hit 1 million streams on Spotify in less then 24 hours.

The track also landed the number one spot on iTunes in the Philippines and Singapore, No. 2 in the United Arab Emirates, and No. 3 in Saudi Arabia.

The OPM girl group is set to release two albums for the local and international markets soon.
