<p>Star Magic, the talent company managing OPM group BINI, is set to take legal actions against netizens spreading deep fake photos and videos of the eight-member girl group. Many BLOOMs have been reporting the said posts as they are affecting the members’ reputation.</p><div><a href="https://push.abs-cbn.com/2024/8/31/tickets-for-grand-biniverse-at-the-big-dome-sell-out-in-three-hours-806"><strong>READ: Tickets for Grand BINIverse at the Big Dome sell out in three hours<br/></strong></a></div><p>Star Magic expressed their disdain over the spread of the maliciously edited photos of the eight-member group on social media. In their statement, they revealed that they already began reporting and removing the said content.</p><p>“It has come to our attention that there are malicious, edited deep fake photos and videos of BINI members circulating on social media. We strongly condemn these harmful acts. Our team has already taken action to remove some of these accounts,” the official statement read.</p><p>“We are working with the proper government agencies and authorities to identify the individuals behind these acts and pursue legal actions,” they added.</p><p>The management continued that they will continue to monitor social media to see if any of these deep fake and edited photos and videos will surface again. We will continue to monitor and take all necessary measures against any form of exploitation or harassment,” they ended.</p><p>BLOOMs continued to air their concerns in the comment section of the post. Some shared that BINI should remain cautious when accepting gifts from fans as it could contain hidden cameras that could be used against them.</p><p>Meanwhile, BINI is set to hold a three-day concert at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City this coming November 16 to 18. All three shows were sold-out in less than a day since the ticket selling opened.</p>
