For house husbands who’s been put in charge of the kitchen since last year’s lockdown, we’re quite sure churning out three ulams a day has been a tall order. Now if you belong to a family used to having not only one dish a meal but a pair of viands, things have just been doubly challenging, for sure. By now, your adobo with lumpiang gulay pairing has become predictable, and the idea of your tinola with fried tawilis on the lunch table no longer spark excitement with the kids.
