What to expect at new Wolfgang’s Steakhouse in City of Dreams

<p>Steak lovers usually go to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for its finest beef cuts like its Signature Porterhouse, Prime New York Sirloin, Rib Eye and Fillet Mignon. They’re all juicy and melt-in-the-mouth tender. Now, the world-renowned restaurant is giving Filipino diners more reasons to keep coming back. On its newest branch—the fourth in the Philippines and the 32nd worldwide—located at the luxury integrated resort and casino complex, City of Dreams Manila, it’s introducing a grill concept.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img alt="Wolfgang’s Steakhouse City of Dreams main dining area" src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/ancx/food-n-drink/2023/08/9wsg.jpg"/><figcaption>The 350-square-meter steakhouse retains its signature dark wooden interiors, evoking an intimate, old-world charm.</figcaption></figure></div><p class="embed-wrap">Fans of the steakhouse can order exclusive grill menu offerings such as Grilled Barbecue Short Ribs, Dry-Aged Brisket Pastrami, Beef Tartar, and Grilled Lemon Caper Chicken. These can be ordered from brunch to late night and paired with a glass of beer or any cocktail of choice. P2,388</figcaption></figure></div><p>Wolfgang Zwiener, founder of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, his wife Elena, and son Peter, president and co-founder of the restaurant chain, graced the grand launch of the newest outlet Tuesday. “Here at the Grill, we are able to introduce more dishes using the different parts of the cow and the various ways of preparing it,” said Peter Zwiener. “This gives us an opportunity to offer those who want to eat other interesting and flavorful dishes, such as Lomo Saltado (a Peruvian dish) and chicken dishes. P1,088</figcaption></figure></div><p>The 350-square-meter steakhouse located at the second floor (use the Casino entrance) retains its signature dark wooden interiors, evoking an intimate, old-world charm. The bar is outfitted with a granite table top with dark and thematic grooves enhancing the resto’s masculine ambiance.
