Coco Martin has been in the industry for around two decades already, starting off his acting career through starring in indie films. In fact, even their directors and other staff of the show joined the trainings to ensure the truthfulness of the scenes they’re going to do, as well as for them to have full grasp on how certain stunts should be done. After all, one of their goals in this remake to make the audiences aware of what aspiring policemen have to go through.While hair is a significant part of a person’s physical appearance, Coco and his castmates agreed to have their heads shaved – despite their director’s hesitation – since it’s part of the process.His co-actor John Medina, who’s been in the program since the first year as he plays Cardo’s colleague Billy Guzman, also recalled some of his unforgettable experiences during their intense trainings. Director Malu Sevilla also revealed that Coco actually talked to the police officers and supervisors to guide them with their stunt trainings, as well as to make them experience the everyday life and adventures of policemen. Aside from that, she also had him watch action films in order for him to get inspired.
