Avid followers of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano actress Ivana Alawi certainly know how tightly bonded she is with her siblings. And we’re able to witness it anew in the latest vlog that she uploaded on her YouTube channel, which documented their fun experience together as they took on the fun “24 Hours Beach Challenge.”

It was held at the same beach resort where they celebrated the birthday of their beloved Mama Alawi,. In this challenge, she and her siblings Amira, Hash, and Mona had to stay by the beach for 24 hours without going inside their accommodation. Whoever made it until the very last second of the challenge would be hailed the winner.

They started the game at 7 o’clock in the morning, with their very supportive mother serving them bowls of oatmeal and plates of fresh fruits for their “brunch with a view.” The awesome foursome then played the card game tong-its, in which the tandem of Ivana and Mona won. As a consequence, the losers had to run back and forth from their spot to the water and whoever came back first would win P5,000. Hash told Mona and Ivana to do the same, and it was the latter who won.

As dusk approached, the siblings continued to have fun by the seashore at the water by lounging on their floaties, taking pictures of each other, and enjoying their water-gun fight. They also played with hermit crabs they spotted on the sand while waiting for their sumptuous dinner.

Moana backed out from the challenge as she already felt dizzy, but she returned to join them for their seafood boodle fight – which was a first time for them. Ivana also quizzed their mom who she thought would come out victorious, and it was her who she picked.

Of course, any beach camping wouldn’t be complete without a bonfire and chitchats. To while away the time, the Kapamilya actress had themselves play a little “This or That” game, in which she had them choose between beach or forest and night or day, and even pretended that they were contestants in a survival game show. By 10 PM they watched movies and munched on junk food, with Ivana editing the video for her next vlog.

Amira, unfortunately, had to leave and step out of the game as her son, Gabe, was already looking for her. But she left them with smores before going inside their accommodation. They were woken up by one of Ivana’s personal assistants at 6 AM the next day and brought her toothbrush, toothpaste, and a glass of water. Her other PA brought them coffee afterward.

The kulitan between her and older brother Hash continued, especially after he found a tiny Pokémon ball in the sands. Ivana related that it was actually her first time sleeping by the seashore and waking up seeing the sunrise and the splendor of the world upon opening her eyes.

In the end, it is her and Hash who are the last people standing in this enjoyable and exciting challenge! Are you likely to do the same, Kapamilya?
