Jessy shares highlights of Baby Rosie’s baptismal, husband Luis’ birthday celebration in latest vlog

<p>Almost four months since giving birth to their daughter Isabella Rose, Jessy Mendiola and Luis Manzano welcomed her to the Christian World recently, as seen in the latest video uploaded by the actress in her YouTube channel.</p><p>She got her baptized through an intimate ceremony at the Santuario de San Antonio in Makati City last April 23, with Rev. Fr. Tito Caluag as the officiant. It was attended by both sides of their families, along with some of their closest friends in-and-out of showbiz as Baby Rosie’s godparents. Among the celebrities present in the event were former MYX VJ Nikki Gil and Alex Gonzaga and husband Mikee Morada, as well as Luis’ parents Star For All Seasons Vilma Santos-Recto and veteran actor Edu Manzano.</p><div><iframe allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share" allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/-jSh9z0DFSQ" title="ROSIE" S="" CHRISTENING="" Jessy="" width="560"></iframe></div><p>The reception took place shortly after the ceremony at an events place decked with pink roses and other kinds of flowers. It also doubled as the birthday celebration of the <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/icsyv"><strong><u>I Can See Your Voice</u></strong></a> host, who turned 42 years old last April 21. The <em>ninangs </em>and <em>ninangs </em>were also asked to give their heartwarming messages to Baby Rosie, while the proud parents expressed their gratitude to everyone who joined them in their family’s special day.</p><p>“Hello, everyone! Thank you, thank you for watching this and, of course, sa lahat ng nakasama namin today, we really appreciate each one of you,” Jessy conveyed, addressing the viewers of her vlog. “<em>Sobrang importante kayo sa amin</em>. And, of course, <em>sa mga ninong, sa mga ninang ni</em> Peanut, thank you so much for being with us. <em>Sa lahat ng</em> guests <em>natin ngayon din, talagang</em> they made time for Peanut, and, of course, for us <em>kasi</em> birthday <em>din ni</em> HowHow. <em>Parang ano ‘to</em>, double celebration of Peanut’s baptismal and, of course, birthday <em>ni</em> HowHow.”</p><p>Other highlights and light-hearted moments of the celebration were featured in the same-day edit video placed in the second half of the vlog.</p><p>It can be recalled that it was on December 29, 2022 when Jessy delivered Baby Rosie via caesarian section. However, it was only until January 7, 2023 when the couple announced the arrival of their firstborn by introducing her on Instagram and the actress’ YouTube vlog.</p><p>Welcome to the Christian world, Baby Rosie!
