PGT Rewind: The fiery performances of Amazing Pyra, Tribu Burulakaw, and Dheza Rose

Unlike in the previous episodes of PGT Rewind, we are looking back not just on one, but three remarkable performances from past seasons of Pilipinas Got Talent in this video. And they’re none other than the fiery performances of Amazing Pyra, Tribu Burulakaw, and Dheza Rose Asis, who literally heat up the stage as they incorporated fire in their routines.

As she made it to the grand finals of Season 5, Antipolo City’s pride Amazing Pyra imparted how her stint in the reality talent competition has completely changed her life. Being able to showcase her talent in fire dancing has helped her to not only earn the respect of other people, but to also learn to gain self-respect. She confessed that she used to lose respect towards herself as others mocked her, without even knowing her real name.

“Dati, parampa-rampa lang kami kasama ‘yong mga kaibigan kong beks. Pero ngayon, pinapangalagaan kong ‘yong respeto na binigay nila sa akin, kasi ‘yong respeto po ‘yong pinakamahirap kunin sa isang tao,” she stated.

Amazing Pyra was able to impress Judge Angel Locsin with how she’s still able to give her all despite not being completely well. Judge Freddie M. Garcia (FMG) was also astounded by her scorching exhibition as he expressed how she had been his favorite ever since the auditions.

Composed of 78 dancers, Tribu Burulakaw of Iloilo City joined PGT Season 6 to not only demonstrate their talents, but to promote the tradition and culture of their hometown Calinog. Judge Robin Padilla was so pleased with how precise their routines and movements were, as they’re able to accomplish their presentation without any mishaps. Meanwhile, Judge Vice Ganda couldn’t help but compare their performance to her face because of how beautiful it was.

And lastly, Isabela-native Dheza Rose Asis, who surely made a lot of viewers stunned with her jaw-dropping belly dancing skills while balancing a tray of lit candles on top of her head and doing a little fire ball dancing. Just like almost everyone who were able to see it, FMG wasn’t able to conceal how enchanted he was with Dheza Rose’s sultry performance.
