Ever since she announced her pregnancy on her milestone birthday last August, Iza has been sharing her new exercise routines on Instagram.</p><p>Despite already being in the last trimester of her pregnancy, she can still amazingly lift weights and strength train. Her personal trainer Culver Padilla shared an IG reel of her hitting the gym and wrote in the caption a few tips on doing prenatal exercises and proven findings regarding its advantages both for the Mama and the baby.</p><div> </div><div><strong>Judy Ann Santos</strong></div><p>As her way of preparing for the birth of her <em>bunso</em> Luna in January 2016, Juday stayed active with the help of professionals and her beloved hubby Ryan Agoncillo. In both those pregnancies, she stayed fit and healthy by doing prenatal yoga and workouts, with her first daughter and fiancé Philmar Alipayo as her constant companions.</p><p>Andi also got to astonishingly continue surfing with the two of them while heavily pregnant. As for myself, i have always worked out hard pre pregnancy and maintain my workouts. And her pregnancy and giving birth to her and husband Troy Montero’s daughter Rocket in 2018 didn’t hinder her from working out. In a caption of one of her IG posts, she explicated, <em>“Worked out 4-6 times a week. Helped me a lot with my mental health. Considering I have gestational diabetes at the time, I prioritized staying healthy with proper eating for me and the baby. And, of course, I had to be strong for my birth delivery. So, I pushed myself with the help of Dud, every single time. It’s a difficult time to be pregnant during this pandemic. Exercise is definitely one way to battle anxieties and worries we had.”</em></p><p>These celebrity moms are proof that, contrary to traditional beliefs, working out even during pregnancy can actually do wonders both to the mother and the baby in her womb. We just have to do it really carefully and under the supervision of doctors and professional trainers. </p>
