Quite a few stars have captivated us with good looks and acting chops. But some of them have even more talents to offer, like LA Santos, who can do drama and comedy, and perform and create music. Get to know the 23-year-old actor who is surely on the way to rising to the top of the entertainment industry.

First things first, what does LA mean? Filling out the Celebrity Slambook, he revealed that LA stands for Lnard Antonio, which was derived from his two grandfathers’ names.

Born on January 27, 2000, he is an Aquarius. It is said that people under this zodiac sign are witty and fascinating. Sounds like the LA we know, right? We mean, he can effortlessly make us smile, such as by saying his favorite color is dark white. Kidding aside, it’s grey, black, and white, and his lucky color is red.

If you wish to make LA’s tummy happy, bring him pizza and burger. Catch his attention by playing his favorite songs, “Man In The Mirror” by Michael Jackson and “Kaleidoscope World” by Francis Magalona. His hobbies are music, playing games, and taking care of animals.

Apart from singing, his special talent is wiggling his fingers together. He can also ask his “kuto” to come out, which is quite an effective icebreaker when dealing with new people. He rubbed the hair on his legs to form lice-looking creatures. LOL!

Moving on to more serious topics, LA mentioned that his ultimate ambition in life is to make people happy. On acting, he dreams to reprise the character of Lastikman. His motto is "patience is a virtue." He describes himself as loving, “makulit” and “out of this world mag-isip.” “Love is something very strong and universal,” he said when asked to define the four-letter word.

Remember his role in “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” in 2020? That was his very first audition. “Naalala ko nun, parang sa restaurant lang ‘ata. Pinapunta lang ako doon tapos pinag-audition ako sa harap nila [JRB Creatives team] tapos doon ako nakuha.”

His first showbiz crush was Janella Salvador, thus seeing her in the flesh during Mars Ravelo’s Darna was also his first fanboy moment, “Noong una, nasa-starstruck ako sa kanya. Pero nu’ng pagtagal na nakilala ko siya, parang naging kapatid ko na talaga siya. Napamahal ako sa kanya. Sobrang happy din ako na very, very close friends kami.”

As an Aquarius guy, it’s no surprise that LA has lots of friends. He couldn’t remember exactly his first showbiz friend, but one of his closest would have to be Kira Balinger, from whom he learns a lot as an artist. Martin Nievera and Ian Veneracion are his showbiz role models and sort of mentors as well.

At the end of the video, LA thanked his supporters and invited them to catch his next projects including “Love Bites: Boy Next Door” and his movie with Kira.
