Behind-The-Scenes: Coco splashed ‘tubig-kanal’ at Dino in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo

Tanggol (Coco Martin) prepared a bucket of filthy surprises for JP (Dino Imperial) in FPJ’s Batang Quiapo.

In the recent episode, Mokang (Lovi Poe) brought her classmates to her place in the slums for their cotillion practice for her upcoming debut. Able to sense JP’s interest in Mokang, Tanggol got jealous and with his friends’ help put tubig-kanal or drainage water in a bucket and used it to splash JP’s group.

We see in the set above that Dino had to be poured with dirty water before the actual take. While the water looks realistically muddy and stinky, we bet the props team just did a great job. We’d like to know the secret ingredient of that fake tubig-kanal, though. The guys were also caught washing off the dirt with bottled water after the take.

“Do you still like JP after all these?” Dino jestingly asked, to which Lovi replied with swag, “Yes, JP, nice and dirty!”

All for the love of acting, Dino enjoyed getting drenched in fake dirty water and even posed beside the smiley Coco. In other photos, we see all cast members getting along as one.
