And just a week later, she was contacted by somebody from Production Team to ask if she’s interested in the project, which she gladly accepted upon getting the permission of the higher-ups of GMA 7. While it wasn’t her first time to do action in a project, her stint as Madonna is still a totally different experience for her since she has to learn the correct way to handle guns and other weapons and to do hand-to-hand fight routines and other stunts. It may be relatively more physical than the past roles she did, yet Kim likes it so much because aside from the fact that it challenges her capabilities and versatility as an actress, this gig also allows her to showcase a new version of herself and prove people that she can do more than portraying pa-sweet and pa-sexy roles.Her goal to veer away from her image as a sexy star and become a serious actress is also another reason why she accepted the role of Madonna.
