He may have earned hate for his portrayal of Bullet, the ever-dependable minion of the Montenegro family in the hit ABS-CBN Studios primetime series <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/batangquiapo">“FPJ’s Batang Quiapo,</a>” but Renz Fernandez is actually cherished by his loved ones in real life, which includes his beloved, beautiful wife, actress Jef Gaitan.Even though both of them are celebrities, Renz and Jef were able to keep their relationship low-key and away from the public eye. Thus, many were perhaps surprised when Jef shared a carousel of photos of them together on Instagram in June 2024 that showed some of the highlights of their love story. She captioned that first-ever post of her that included him, “Our love story in 10 pictures. In God&#x27;s perfect time, true love is always worth the wait. Now, is our time, finally.”She went on to share more snaps taken from their wedding day, which was held on June 25, 2024, at the Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Quezon City. Among those who were present in the intimate church wedding were the parents of Jef and Renz’s mother and <a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/batangquiapo">“FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”</a> co-star Lorna Tolentino, as well as ABS-CBN Chief Operations Officer Cory Vidanes, Senator Lito Lapid, Senator Grace Poe, and Manny Pacquiao, who were part of the principal sponsors.In their wedding video that she posted on Instagram in July 2024, Jef confessed through her vow that she actually got smitten by him on the very first time that they met 10 years ago. However, she knew to herself that it wasn’t the right time, so the attraction she felt didn’t prosper to anything romantic. Thus, she simply hoped to herself for them to cross paths again someday, and both of them are already free.Their communication got revived but still no progress since Jef “wasn’t whole” during that time. She even assumed that Renz was a womanizer, party boy, and troublemaker, which made her think that he might not be the right person for her, so she avoided him in spite of his efforts to get closer to her.Her perception of him instantly changed when they finally went on a date and realized that he was actually the person that she had been praying for all along: “kind, humble, simple, willing to go to the museum [and] dance in the moonlight, enjoys classics, loves dogs, and cherishes my family.
