<p>MANILA - The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) has summoned Globe Telecom and mobile content provider Got Deals Mobile Inc to an inquiry into a complaint on alleged prepaid credit theft, which went viral on social media.</p><p>In summons issued Feb. 28, Globe Telecom and Got Deals Mobile Inc were required to appear before the NTC on Thursday, March 8.</p><p>&quot;You are hereby summoned and required to file and serve your answer to the letter complaint of Ms. Feanne H.
