Kerosene will take the smallest cut at P1.10 to P1.40 per liter. </p><p>LPG prices may stay the same, or drop by P0.50 per kilogram when May starts. </p><div><strong>-- Report from Alvin Elchico, ABS-CBN News</strong><br/> </div>
