MANILA - Ayala Corp on Tuesday said the Philippine Competition Commission approved the plan of its subsidiary, Ayala Healthcare Holdings, to increase its stake in Generika group.

AC Health will proceed with raising its stake in Generika to 52.5 percent from 50 percent after receiving approval from the PCC last June 3, Ayala Corp said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
