MANILA - Megaworld Corp said Monday it would build a P3-billion office tower that would serve as the regional headquarters of American financial data provider FactSet.The 17-story structure, which will be built in the Bonifacio Global City, will have 48,000 square meters of office space upon completion in 2020, Megaworld told the stock exchange.Megaworld said its long-term lease deal with FactSet reflected investor confidence in the Philippine economy.Shares of Megaworld were up 0.96 percent to P5.28 in early trading on Monday.
