MANILA- Sky Cable Corporation launched a new line of all-in-one subscription plans integrating its cable TV, internet, and video-on-demand services following the growth of its broadband business.The cable unit of ABS-CBN Corporation saw at least a 40 percent growth in its broadband business over the past six months versus last year&#x27;s level, which prompted the launch of &quot;One SKY,&quot; a new postpaid subscription that combine access to premium content.One SKY which will be available by mid-October, combines a high-speed SKYbroadband connection, premium HD cable TV viewing via SKYcable, reliable mobile internet via SKYmobi and its video on demand service, SKY On Demand.One SKY premium plans offer postpaid subscription plans starting at P1,599 per month with internet speeds ranging from 8 to 64 Mbps for unlimited consumption, paired with a corresponding strong lineup of cable TV channel.Mobile internet access via SKYmobi may also be added for as low as P499 per month.SKY Cable was the first to introduce cable television to Filipinos in 1990.ABS-CBN, SKY Cable&#x27;s mother company, reported P20.9 billion in consolidated revenue for the first half of 2016, bringing its net income to P2.1 billion, 76 percent higher compared to the same period last year.The company reported higher second quarter revenues of P11.2 billion, 20 percent higher than the revenues generated during the first quarter of this year.
