Not only resources, but also by listening to them, and<br/>either agreeing or disagreeing with them, but pointing them in the right direction,&quot; said Del Rosario.</p><p>And while they&#x27;re being pointed in the right direction, Phinma&#x27;s chief said he also allows them a degree of flexibility so that they &quot;can make their own mistakes and learn from them.&quot;</p><p>&quot;So that&#x27;s what I think it&#x27;s all about. Helping our people develop themselves into strategic thinkers and into good leaders, and into nation builders,&quot; said Del Rosario.</p><p>Del Rosario also talked about their newly launched SIKLAB (Spark) awards for the younger generation, which hopes to recognize those aged between 25 and 35, who have demonstrated a degree of success and leadership.
