<p>MANILA -- The Supreme Court has issued a temporary restraining order against a Mandaluyong Court decision that barred authorities from apprehending drivers operating under motorcycle-hailing firm Angkas.</p><p>The TRO was directed at the Mandaluyong Regional Trial Court branch 213, which ruled on Aug. 20 that the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board could not arrest Angkas riders.</p><blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-lang="en"><p dir="ltr" lang="en">READ: SC Senior AJ Antonio Carpio&#x27;s letter to Mandaluyong RTC Br 213 judge restraining him from implementing his August 20 order which barred LTFRB from arresting Angkas bikers.
