MANILA - Tech giant Microsoft is looking to train Filipinos in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity fluency amid emerging risks. Microsoft is part of the high-level US trade mission in the Philippines.

"Our cyber resilience program is about ensuring not only democracies but journalists, government officials can be better protected from email hacks, help identify when that happens, and help mediate should it happen from foreign state actors," Snapp said.

Microsoft recently launched its Copilot AI platform, which integrated with the software giant's most popular apps such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Teams. Copilot lets users use AI to generate documents, images, designs and insights.
