Century Properties net income up 32 percent in 2023

MANILA -- Century Properties Group capped of its 2023 operations with a strong performance, reporting consolidated net income after tax of P1.86 billion. 

This is 32 percent higher than the P1.40 billion net income posted in 2022. 

Revenue also grew 14 percent to P12.7 billion, driven by the sustained stronger contributions of of its FirstHome Residential Development Platform (PHirst).

Century Properties acquired PHirst, which caters to first-time homebuyers, in November.

Meanwhile, in-city vertical developments contributed 27 percent or P3.49 billion to the total revenue, while the commercial leasing segment contributed 11 percent or P1.35 billion.

Company president Marco Antonio said they will soon launch new projects, including a premium low-density boutique residence in Makati City, and mid-rise residential buildings in Quezon City and San Fernando, Pampanga. 

PHirst will also introduce 5 new projects with over 8,000 units worth P18 billion in CALABARZON and Central Luzon.
