Sugarhouse is known for their iconic chocolate truffle cakes and French apple pie.</p><p>The 40-year-old business also offers pastries, breads, cookies, and meals.</p><p>The acquisition includes assets such as intellectual property, technical know-how, delivery, commissary and store equipment.
