MANILA — Megaworld subsidiary Global-Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI) is spending P5 billion to develop a beachside property in Batangas.

In a statement, Megaworld said GERI will develop the 15-hectare Lialto Beach and Golf Estates in Lian town.
