<p>MANILA -- Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has opened its first hotel outside Cebu City.</p><p>The developer said it has inaugurated the P2-billion Citadines Bacolod.</p><p>The hotel has been dubbed the largest international hotel in the city.</p><p>The 200-room building is a project by CLI with Capitaine Inc. It has a 1000-sqm convention center with a pillarless ballroom, which can accommodate corporate gatherings and private celebrations. </p><p>It also has a business lounge and meeting rooms for conferences, and five food and beverage outlets. </p><p>CLI Hotels and Resorts Director of Asset Mathias Bergundthal said Citadines Bacolod will be ready to accept MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions) starting July.</p><p>CLI Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jose Soberano III said their hotel business saw a 37 percent revenue growth in the first quarter of 2024.</p><p>&quot;We are expecting our hospitality business to rise as we now have over 1,700 keys in our portfolio,&quot; he said.</p><p>The company said it remains on track to complete 2 projects this year--Citadines Paragon Davao and Radisson Red in Mandaue City, Cebu. </p><p>Cebu Landmatsers told ABS-CBN News in April that it was in <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/2024/4/2/cebu-landmasters-says-in-serious-talks-for-first-luzon-project-1331">&quot;serious talks&quot;</a> for its first project in Luzon.</p><div><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/2024/4/17/cebu-landmasters-eyeing-cavite-camsur-for-luzon-project-1026">Cebu Landmasters eyeing Cavite, CamSur for Luzon project</a></div><div><strong>RELATED STORY:</strong></div><div><span class="fr-video fr-deletable fr-fvc fr-dvb fr-draggable" contenteditable="false" draggable="true"><iframe width="640" height="360" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/xrrdtO4Dpys?&amp;wmode=opaque&amp;rel=0" frameBorder="0" allowfullscreen="" class="fr-draggable"></iframe></span></div>
