POLL RESULTS: Netizens voted Alexa as their favorite avenger in “Dirty Linen”

In the trending Kapamilya series Dirty Linen, Alexa (Janine Gutierrez) continues to cooperate with Rolando (Joel Torre), Max (Christian Bables), and Lala (Jennica Garcia) in finding the truth and overthrowing injustice in the town of Alhambra where the Fiero clan reigns. As they surprise us viewers with delicious plot twists, we also get to know their characters’ psyche, thus we now have our specific favorites among their squad known as Team Resbak.

Kapamilya Poll ran a survey from March 1 to March 15 asking netizens who their ‘stan’ is among the four characters, and here are the results.

The gentlemen were stuck at the bottom of the survey. Taking the 4th place is the gang’s techie guy Max with three percent (3%) of the total votes. Netizens are perhaps looking forward to his bigger and more explosive scenes in the next episodes.

Five percent (5%) of poll participants picked Rolando, probably appreciating him as the father figure to the three orphaned characters and the one who laid the blueprint of their revenge.

Lala can be considered a crowd favorite, charming 26% of the respondents with her feisty manner and chameleon-like strategies.

But the most loved avenger would have to be Alexa, who garnered sixty-six percent (66%) of the total votes, which isn’t much of a surprise considering that she has many times played with fire for their agenda. She also impressed with great mental strength by recovering from dangerous situations in the past. We also can’t leave out Janine’s flawless portrayal as to why netizens are rooting for Alexa.

The results, if anything, reflect that viewers are now more drawn to women seeking retribution than male characters fighting a similar battle. Talk about girl power!
