'World of Dance PH': 'Masked Rider' pranks judges; kiddie dancers deliver highlight

<p>A young dancer&#x27;s dramatic confession about how dancing helped him move on from the split of his parents may have taken center stage in Saturday&#x27;s episode of &quot;World of Dance Philippines,&quot; but there was still plenty of room left for some humorous moments. </p><p>This included Luis Manzano donning a black mask over his face and joining the auditions with his sexy dance routine, and Maja Salvador sharing banter with a contestant who has a crush on her. </p><p>First up was T.A. Duo, who delivered an impressive acrobatic ballet routine for an average score of 83.7 --enough to move on to the next round. But more than passing their audition, Roy, who is one half of the duo, was no doubt smiling because of another reason. </p><p>He got to share a dance with his celebrity crush since he was a kid: Salvador, who was caught by surprise when he lifted her. Their hip-hop number caught the judges&#x27; eyes right from the get-go, but, as it was noted, the energy of their choreography dropped during its second part. Nevertheless, they got 80 points --exactly the minimum score contestants needed to move on to the next round. </p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/GQn-qZv2JyQ?enablejsapi=1"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>VMA Poseidon delivered an <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XfPqqAm2MhQ">intense contemporary routine</a>, but the judges thought that the message they wanted to convey wasn&#x27;t quite clear, nor did their performance have the cleanest sequences.</p><p>They failed to reach 80 points, notching only 77.
