Sarah G returns to &#x27;The Voice&#x27;</a></li></ul><p>Since this is the first time the talent show is doing a teen edition, Salonga acknowledged how the dynamics will change compared to the previous kids and regular editions.</p><p>“Teenagers, they are in that very strange limbo land between childhood and adulthood. This is when there’s a lot of hormonal inconsistency, a lot of self-discovery which is a really fantastic time na nakikilala na rin nila &#x27;yung sarili nila bilang tao, hindi lang bilang musiko or artista. And so it may require some experimentation,” she said.</p><p>Salonga, however, pointed out that “the cool part about teens is they are so open and impressionable.”</p><p>“We could also get rebelliousness and resistance. It’s just part of growing up. I’m coming at this as a parent, as an artist and trying to remember what was I like during those very awkward transition years,” she said.</p>
