Beloved talent manager 'Tita Angge' dies

She was 70.According to her daughter Imelda, Lee passed away at 9:20 p.m. at their residence in Antipolo. &quot;Thank you for all the prayers for my mother who fought for her life for one year,&quot; Imelda told ABS-CBN News&#x27; Mario Dumaual. &quot;Praise God it was a peaceful sleep.&quot; It can be recalled that Lee was pronounced dead on arrival back in March 2016, but was revived by attending doctors. She was rushed to a hospital after she complained of chest pains while watching a movie at a mall in San Juan. A wake for Lee will be held at the Loyola Memorial in Marikina starting Friday. Lee began her career as a radio, television, and film talent before becoming a talent manager and casting director. She was first given her break in showbiz by director Pablo Santiago, who cast her for a role in the film &quot;Continental Playboy.&quot; She was then featured in a host of other films in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Lee was the talent manager of celebrities such as Sylvia Sanchez, Mickey Feriols, Timmy Cruz and Smokey Manaloto.
