<p>MANILA - They may play very serious characters in the ABS-CBN series “Ang Probinsyano” but when the cameras are not rolling, the show&#x27;s cast members know how to have fun too.</p><p>As a matter of fact, John Arcilla, Lorna Tolentino, Rowell Santiago and Tirso Cruz III have become the latest local celebrities to join the TikTok fun.</p><p>On Thursday, Arcilla shared a clip on Instagram
