Near tears, she shared that she found it more difficult to picture herself in a movie poster than winning Miss Universe. </p><p>Recalling how she was sure-footed that she was going to take home the coveted beauty-pageant crown when she competed in 2015, Wurtzbach acknowledged that she didn&#x27;t quite have the same confidence that she could pull off a lead role in a film. </p><p>&quot;I&#x27;m so grateful,&quot; she said of being given the chance to do so. &quot;Now I understand why I had to go through all of those challenges and pagkatalo kasi dadating din pala at the right time.&quot; </p><p>Wurtzbach&#x27;s acting career failed to take off in 2002. But after picking herself back up and pursuing a Miss Universe title, she&#x27;s now promoting the release of her second movie in three months.
