<p>MANILA - The Pussycat Dolls’ upcoming Manila concert has been postponed to a later date.</p><p>Concert organizer Wilbros Live made the announcement through Facebook on Wednesday.</p><p>“To ensure the public’s health and safety due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pussycat Dolls concert in Manila on May 9 at the Mall of Asia Arena will be postponed and a new date will be announced soon,” the announcement said.</p><p>Wilbros Live also said tickets for the May 9 show will still be valid on the new date.</p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/wilbroslive/photos/pb.227943530550452.-2207520000../3182834735061302/?type=3&amp;theater" data-width="auto"> </div><p>The Pussycat Dolls have recently reunited after nearly a decade since disbandment.</p><p>The girl group rose to popularity in the first decade of the 2000s through songs such as “Don’t Cha” and “When I Grow Up.” </p><p>The group last visited Manila in June 2009 as part of their Doll Domination Tour.</p><p>The Pussycat Dolls began as a burlesque troupe before turning into a mainstream pop group in 2003, comprised of Nicole Scherzinger, Carmit Bachar, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta, Melody Thornton, and Kimberly Wyatt.</p><p>The group disbanded in 2010 and reunited in late 2019, minus Thornton.</p>
