This was the music veteran&#x27;s message to those who criticize her, and other women like her, based on their age.</p><p>In an interview on &quot;Tonight with Boy Abunda&quot; that aired Tuesday, the &quot;Hiram&quot; hitmaker recalled her recent experience being the subject of age-shaming.</p><p>That happened in April, when Padilla was called &quot;kulubot&quot; by a follower on Instagram, upon noticing her supposedly wrinkly fingers. Would you do that to your lola? &#x27;Di ba hindi mo naman gaganunin &#x27;yung mga mahal mo sa buhay eh,&quot; she added.</p><p>Padilla is a picture of an older woman whose age doesn&#x27;t hinder her from keeping on with hard work, with a May 11 concert set to be held at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre in Pasay.</p>
