MANILA — "Banana Sundae" is back with more gags and laughter, two months after the coronavirus pandemic forced the halt of showbiz productions.

The gag show returned over the weekend as "At Home with Banana Sundae," as part of ABS-CBN's OKS, or Online Kapamilya Shows.

The new digital platform — available via ABS-CBN's YouTube and Facebook pages, as well as OKS.abs-cbn.com — is a collection of unique content produced from home and available to stream at home amid the coronavirus lockdown.

As in the TV version, the fresh iteration of "Banana Sundae" includes numerous gags, only they are mounted via Zoom or video call, instead of the usual stage before a live audience.

Games involving the stars are still in. In the pilot, they played rock-paper-scissors, with the losing team's members tasked to pour a glass of water on their head — all unfolding virtually.

Aside from "At Home with Banana Sundae," OKS offers a range of titles, from drama, talk, lifestyle, to reality. Check the list here.
