Meet the 2 new ‘Tawag ng Tanghalan’ grand finalists

<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2018/tvpatrol/05/16/tawag.jpg"/><figcaption>Janine Berdin, who previously tried her luck in acting but failed, and Reggie Tortugo, a singing-contest veteran, are your new &#x27;Tawag ng Tanghalan&#x27; grand finalists. <em>It&#x27;s Showtime</em></figcaption></figure></div><p>They&#x27;re one step closer toward their dream of winning &quot;Tawag ng Tanghalan.&quot; </p><p>Janine Berdin and Reggie Tortugo booked their spots in the grand finals of the &quot;It&#x27;s Showtime&quot; singing contest on Friday. </p><p>Berdin, who sang Demi Lovato&#x27;s &quot;Skyscraper&quot; for her last semifinals performance, got the highest combined score from the judges and public votes (97.98%). </p><p>Tortugo, a singing contest veteran, was a distant second with 60.84%, but it was enough to earn him a chance to bag the championship. He sang South Border&#x27;s &quot;Love Of My Life.&quot;</p><p>Both will join previously announced finalists such as Tuko delos Reyes, Sofronio Vasquez, Makoto Inoue, Steven Paysu, Jovany Satera, Alfred Relatado, Anton Antenorcruz and Remy Luntayao. </p><p>Check out their performances this Friday, where they were asked to sing the &quot;song of their life,&quot;below:</p><p>1.
