<p>It inspired a musical and a movie back in 2006.</p><p>And now it appears Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah is sashaying her way back into the spotlight with an animated feature from the makers of &quot;Saving Sally,&quot; a teaser for which was released this Saturday.</p><p>A glimpse of the movie based on the Filipino comic book icon was put up on the Facebook page of Rocketsheep Studio, showing the first time a &quot;shy, small-town gay man&quot; transforms into the flamboyant hero. Check it out below:</p><div><script src="https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v2.5" async="" type="text/javascript"></script></div><div class="fb-post" data-href="https://www.facebook.com/RocketsheepStudio/videos/587215311801587/?v=587215311801587" data-width="auto"> </div><p>This is the first Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah project since the last staging of its musical version back in 2011.</p><p>A movie starring Zsa Zsa Padilla was made about the superhero in 2006, and became part of that year&#x27;s Metro Manila Film Festival.</p><p>Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah is created by illustrator and graphic designer Carlo Vergara.</p><p>The character made her first appearance in the 2002 graphic novel &quot;Ang Kagila-gilalas na Pakikipagsapalaran ni Zsazsa Zaturnnah&quot; (&quot;The Spectacular Adventures of Zsazsa Zaturnnah&quot;).</p><p>Rocketsheep Studios is best known for animating &quot;Saving Sally,&quot; which was selected to be part of the 2016 Metro Manila Film Festival.</p>
