Mocha Uson to help Customs but no post

<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/news-special1/entertainment/8/4/mocha-uson-fjs-08042016.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">Mocha Uson said that she only volunteered her Facebook page to help spread awareness for the public information campaigns of the BOC. <em>Fernando Sepe, Jr., ABS-CBN News</em></div></figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA - Singer and dancer Mocha Uson said she will not be holding an official position at the Bureau of Customs (BOC) but admitted mentioning her intent to help the government through social media. </p><p>&quot;Ulitin ko po, wala pong official appointment na naganap sa BOC (I would like to reiterate that there was no official appointment in BOC),&quot; Uson said in her statement posted on her Facebook page. </p><p>&quot;Sa pamamagitan ng aking blog sa social media, sinabi ko na handa po akong tumulong ng walang kapalit na sahod, pangalan or official position. Dahil naniniwala ako na hindi lamang po si Pangulong Duterte ang magdadala ng tunay na pagbabago sa ating bayan, (Through my blog in social media, I told him that I am willing to help sans salary or official position because I believe that not only President Duterte can initiate change,&quot; she said. </p><p>This comes after Customs Commissioner Nicanor Faeldon earlier told ABS-CBN News that she has been <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/08/04/16/mocha-uson-named-customs-consultant" target="_blank">tapped as a &quot;social media consultant.&quot;</a></p><p>However, the BOC later issued a statement denying that Faeldon would &quot;appoint&quot; Uson, following a social media backlash questioning the dancer&#x27;s qualifications. </p><p>Early Friday, Faeldon told ABS-CBN News that he met with Uson with the hope of using her Facebook page for public information campaigns.
