MANILA -- Last week, a compilation of Arci Muñoz&#x27; <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/entertainment/multimedia/video/08/10/17/arci-nagparetoke">photos</a> have gone viral after some netizens noticed some &quot;changes&quot; in the actress&#x27; lips.This sparked speculation that Muñoz underwent cosmetic surgery to enhance her looks. In a previous interview with Star Cinema, the sexy actress admitted that she has &quot;overlined&quot; her lips . &quot;It&#x27;s open naman, &#x27;di ba? Ako personally, I&#x27;m not against it.
