In short, I didn&#x27;t have a choice😑.</p><p>&quot;Thankfully it only took 3 pushes and many times of feeling like I was gonna die 😁 and he was out safely. The cord was wrapped around his neck and he was sunny side up but we are both safe and healthy❤️,&quot; Ranillo shared. </p><p>She also thanked some friends and relatives who dropped by at the hospital to bring food and flowers. </p><p>&quot;I&#x27;m so in love with my little boy💙 #willyoubethelast?&quot; she added. </p><p>Ranillo decided to migrate to the US after her alleged affair with boxing champion and now Senator Manny Pacquiao made headlines in 2009. </p>
